How we train at grit
Our GRIT Group Training class is geared for those who thrive when surrounded by like-minded individuals who motivate and push one another. Our program will allow you to build the foundational strength and conditioning necessary for both inside and outside the gym for whatever life throws at you. We focus on the six functional movement patterns of the human body: Squat, Hinge, Push, Pull, Carry, Lunge. Classes are programmed intentionally to help you move better for the things that you enjoy.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Come prepared to listen to some good music, sweat, and have a good time. Each class will be 45 minutes from the warm-up to a final cool-down. The workout will begin with a mobility session to get the body ready to move and then it’s right into the work. We combine elements of high intensity interval training (HIIT), circuit training, and resistance training— utilizing tools such as dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, and your individual bodyweight. Each session will be challenging both physically and mentally, supporting an overall healthier life.
